It's not the "new" anything; it's an ancient practice that's been used across many indigenous cultures for thousands of years for elevated consciousness, somatic healing, and rebirthing. Breathwork simply refers to breathing techniques that have the ability to activate our own body's natural way to heal itself. In this episode, we discuss some of the roots of breathwork, what breathwork feels like, and why it's a practice that we must adapt into our everyday lives.
