Do not underestimate the healing powers of your own voice! In this episode, we're diving deep with Melissa Rose Hirch who takes us into the world of healing from our sacral (creative and intuition center) while connecting back to our bodies in birth, creativity, and pleasure! You'll learn about how your voice is different during different phases of your menstrual cycles, energy routines, and natural rhythms.
Melissa is a singer, writer, and birth doula. She has her own vocal coaching studio in NYC where she focuses specifically on the connection between the voice and the sacral place in the pelvis. Using both classic vocal work as well as embodiment work, she guides others to come home, back into their bodies and assists them in birthing their most authentic voice.
