Meet Embodied Alchemist Angelica Bourland. Angelica is a
Brazilian-American filmmaker, model, and meditation instructor. She
received her BFA in Film Production at Emerson College in Boston.
Currently, she lives in Miami and has started two businesses: Miami
Film Network and Coastal Meditation. In this episode we chat about
using breathwork to unlock the creative vision, training in
breathwork with Shanila, and using intuition as the ultimate
guide.
